Bravo!!! I had been feeling sick for years now and I was so scared of going to the gastroenterologist because of fear of what they would tell me. I got an appointment next door with Cynthia Guzman which she got me my endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled up within 7 days of my first ever appointment! I lived the most 7 stressful days of my life because I had never been deep sedated and since I have sleep apnea, I thought I wasn't going to wake up lol. I was pretty much saying goodbye to the world around me lol! Anyways I was the first one on the schedule and trust me, if you can get it early in the morning the better since you can't eat or drink anything until after the procedure. Madeline in the front was so kind! Thank you! We then went to the back where I was getting prepped and reviewed my medical history. Sonia the anesthesiologist kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine and that i'd soon be on my way to eating a good meal. All the nurses, technician, and Dr. Johnson also reassured me not to worry about the process. What felt relaxing was the music they have throughout the clinic.. even in the room where the procedure was lol. I told my wife that helped a lot! I would recommend this to anyone needing to get an endoscopy or colonoscopy. This is a really great place and with incredible staff. I usually get a receipt from other offices when I get seen. This one gave me a get well card signed by the staff. Thank you guys!!!
Muy buena atencion, todo el personal se porto muy amable. Aun cuando mi esposo no habla en ingles siempre habia alguien que nos ayudaba en español y se aseguraban de explicarnos cada detalle en nuestro idioma. Recomiendo ampliamente esta clínica.

Wow, all these 5 star reviews are seriously what to expect at this endoscopy center. From the front office receptionist, today 9/23/24, to the wonderful nurses in the prep room and the techs in the procedure room, I could not have asked for a better team to take care of both myself and my fiancée’s procedures. Everyone was so sweet, informative, smart, and honestly amazing at their jobs. Lily and the rest of the women in prep and recovery were absolute angels, the type of people who you can tell really love their job and taking care of others that i couldnt even believe the bedside care I received since I’ve never had such great care before. Even the receptionist would check on me when she walked by, I genuinely feel that the staff here operates just beyond my expectations as a patient. The anesthesiologist, gastroenterologist, nurses and their assistants, and everyone in the procedure room was amazing as well. Such intelligent and talented people that I would trust with my life and thanks to them I am bringing my mother and father here for their procedures and my fiancée will return in 3 years here as well. Amazing job!!!! Thank you and God bless you to the beautiful people who cared for us today, you should be extremely proud of yourselves. You are in the career you are really meant for and you’re amazing at it!!

Doctor Alvarez, Nurse Lillie, and all the staff were awesome. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and made me feel very comfortable.
The staff is very professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. They make the colonoscopy experience as good as it can be. Dr. Flores was also professional and friendly. If you need this procedure, I can't imagine any place that could do it better.

Dr. Johnson and his support staff are the best. Communication, scheduling, and procedure were all top-notch. Nursing and support staff made me feel welcome and not "just another appointment." Dr. Johnson personally explained procedure beforehand and results afterwards. Would strongly recommend them for anyone seeking this specialty care.

I’ve been to the same place in the past 3 yrs and I go there bc the people are so friendly and my specialist Dr Joseph Johnson is the best. And I highly recommend him for your next Colonoscopy or Upper GI. Dr Johnson explains everything before n after each procedure. N his nurses are wonderful. Ms Trullinger
This place is amazingly friendly, chocked full of caring people attending your every need Conscientiously paying attention to details! Clean and efficient! No cattle car here. Wonderful way to have to do something like a colonoscopy!
