It has always been a very professional experience. The staff tells me how long its going to take and keep me informed. The doctors always give me all the info i've ever needed on my health. Can't speak highly enough of this place and the people there.

The people here are super sweet. Dr Otero treats you like family even ask about them. His PA is the sweetest lady. Both really care about your health and want to see you get better. Ever since I have been going there. Not once have I had any complaints. During the procedures the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor keep a close eye on you to make sure everything goes smoothly. I enjoy going to see them. They make you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't change doctors and nurses for anything in the world. I highly recommend Dr. Otero.
