My recent visit on 2/23 was awesome. Love Dr John Jacob Alvarez and coordinator Eddy. They’re like friends or family. Always very concerned with my medical conditions. If it wasn’t for them and Eddie’s constant persistence,I wouldn’t be receiving my biologic meds with a subsidize program at no co-pay cost. I look forward to my quarterly visits.

The entire process from scheduling the colonoscopy, all the way up to learning the results of same, was smoothly handled. Even the preparation process! 🥴

I’ve been to Dr Otero before and he’s still the best. My interaction with him has always been about my well being and giving me the assurance I’m in the best care. Also, I want to give kudos to his receptionist Brittany Carter. She helped me tremendously in getting my medical procedures scheduled so quickly and effortless. She was the saving grace in calming my fears. Brittany’s professionalism, empathy, manners, efficiency, and attitude around service was greatly appreciated.
Dr Guerra has provided the very best in medical services over the last 25 plus years My mother and I have been going to him. He is genuinely concerned for his patients and give them everything he can to achieve the very best for them. Because they are so good there may be some waiting involved, but the wait is definitely worth it.
