Camera Capsule procedure... Easy peasy!
I waited a total of maybe five minutes from walking in to front desk. The two ladies sitting there right away helped me. I went and sat down and waited two or three minutes. Saw PA right away she is always nice and explains everything and answers all my questions. It was quick but productive all the way thru until I left.
Dr Serna was so kind and he really cares about what is going on with you. I found his office staff to be helpful and caring.
Dr. Ernesto Gurerra has been my Dr for several years. He is very proficient in his field of medicine. I would and have referred him to family and friends. I can say he and staff are compassionate and knowledgeable in all they do.

I enjoy seeing everyone that works with Dr. Ramirez. They are so friendly and have a good bedside manner. Dr. Ramirez makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend. She is very thorough and great at following up after tests andol procedures. My only complaint is that wait times are a bit long, but only some times. Thank you Dr. Ramirez for about 18 yrs. of excellent service!!!

Good staff, nice and treat you with respect. Dr. Otero is also a nice man, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and will explain until you understand. Excellent Gastroenterologist, I recommend him highly. He and his staff will take real good care of you.

I appreciate Dr Otero and his staff for diagnosing my medical condition, and giving me some relief as to why I’ve been in pain. The staff at San Antonio Gastroenterology Endoscopy asCenter are friendly and professionally trained at what they do. I was surprised at the organization in managing patient traffic.
Bravo!!! I had been feeling sick for years now and I was so scared of going to the gastroenterologist because of fear of what they would tell me. I got an appointment next door with Cynthia Guzman which she got me my endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled up within 7 days of my first ever appointment! I lived the most 7 stressful days of my life because I had never been deep sedated and since I have sleep apnea, I thought I wasn't going to wake up lol. I was pretty much saying goodbye to the world around me lol! Anyways I was the first one on the schedule and trust me, if you can get it early in the morning the better since you can't eat or drink anything until after the procedure. Madeline in the front was so kind! Thank you! We then went to the back where I was getting prepped and reviewed my medical history. Sonia the anesthesiologist kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine and that i'd soon be on my way to eating a good meal. All the nurses, technician, and Dr. Johnson also reassured me not to worry about the process. What felt relaxing was the music they have throughout the clinic.. even in the room where the procedure was lol. I told my wife that helped a lot! I would recommend this to anyone needing to get an endoscopy or colonoscopy. This is a really great place and with incredible staff. I usually get a receipt from other offices when I get seen. This one gave me a get well card signed by the staff. Thank you guys!!!
Dr. Mallikarjun and her Nurse David are phenomenal. These types of appointments/procedures can be very stressful. Their availability, kindness, thoroughness, and transparency made everything run smoothly. Thank you both for taking such excellent care of myself and my husband!
