    "Dr Serna has a wonderful bedside manner. He never rushes you and will answer any questions you may have about the procedure and the results. My first procedure found precancerous polyps which he removed. My follow up procedure was clear. I will continue to see Dr Serna for many years to come as I have great confidence in him."
