The people here are super sweet. Dr Otero treats you like family even ask about them. His PA is the sweetest lady. Both really care about your health and want to see you get better. Ever since I have been going there. Not once have I had any complaints. During the procedures the nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor keep a close eye on you to make sure everything goes smoothly. I enjoy going to see them. They make you feel very comfortable. I wouldn't change doctors and nurses for anything in the world. I highly recommend Dr. Otero.
Dr Taheri is very easy to talk to and ask questions that your worried about. He explains every thing.

My mother and I had our colonoscopies at this facility. As first-timers, we were nervous and anxious, but the staff here are truly angels. They put us at ease and made us feel safe. I highly recommend this facility. Even though we live an hour away, we will continue to come here because of how compassionate the staff is. Dr. Franklin and all of the staff at San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates (Westover Hills location) have been absolutely PHENOMENAL! It can be extremely challenging to find caring and knowledgeable providers. At SAGA, that is not a problem. I truly appreciate the time and dedication they choose to pour in to their patients.
