"As always, I am very pleased with Dr. Eddie Flores and the entire SAGA staff. They treat you as if you were their own loving relative. You are pampered and cared for from the moment you step through their doors. Everything is about YOU, your comfort, your privacy, your overall well being. Before your procedure and after your procedure, anytime you have a question they take the time to provide you answers. The patience the nurses have is truly incredible. My neighbor must have asked his nurse at least eight times how to put on the two surgery gowns and he still put them on wrong. She just exclaimed “it happens all the time” and once again explained how to properly put on his two gowns. I only had to ask once, just to make certain I was wearing them properly…funny memory. After the procedure, Dr. Flores came to visit to explain his findings, what he had to do, plus what to expect next. You are finally rolled out in a “limo” wheelchair, for safety purposes due to the lingering anesthesia. My ride showed up, I has handheld to the door and helped into my chariot, being pampered all the way. So this is what it feels like to be Royalty…."

"I want to give a shout out to Dr. Flores and the stuff members to the gastro clinic located on medical center. I went in for a colonoscopy today. I have more than excellent experience. I have a lot of doubts if I want to have the procedure or not, I finally decided to go for it. I was treating with a lot of respect and kindness since the first appointment. I was very nervous about the sedation but once the nurse explained me everything I was so calm and ready. Dr. Flores and the anesthesiologist asked me if I have any questions, I say no , they put the sedation I past out and woke up in no time and they were done!!! Dr. Flores came in and explain me the results and I was ready to go home. Just like that!!! Sorry for the long review but I want to encourage people to have the colonoscopy if you need it or as part of prevention. Is a very easy and almost 0 side effects, also is 100 % cover by most health insurance. Thank you Dr. Flores and all stuff members"

"This was my first EGD and Colonoscopy performed by Dr. Eddie Flores on May 21, 2021. I had my anxieties leading up to the procedure. The prep was tough, not being able to eat any solid foods. The check-in process was very easy and the wait isn’t too bad. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The actual procedure did not take long, especially since I was sedated.
