What should you expect?
Most of these procedures do not require that you stay in a hospital. However, it is likely that you will need to arrange a ride to and from your appointment.

Don’t forget these few things for your appointment.
Follow all instructions set by your physician, but also make sure you bring these items with you. You will need your insurance card or cards as well as a valid driver’s license or photo ID. A list of your current medications may also be needed. Bring your co-pay or deductible, as determined by your insurance company, as well as the contact info for the person who will be taking you home. They must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
